Prior to payment, all participants are asked to fill-in the Registration Form.

Registration fees

220 EUR for payments before May 1st 2026
250 EUR for payments after May 1st 2026
100 EUR for MSc and PhD students, as well as young civil engineers (up to 30 years old)

For active ASES members (membership fee for 2026 paid before March 1st 2026), a discount of 10% for the above registration fees is available.

Registration fee includes:

• participation in the Congress sessions and paper publication in the Proceedings,
• one copy of the conference materials,
• cocktail at the Congress opening,
• lunch (September 25th 2025),
• Gala dinner.

Payment should be processed in RSD at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment.

Additional info

Payment of the registration fee is the prerequisite for paper publication in the Congress proceedings.
One registration fee includes a maximum of two papers per author.

The conference fee is non-refundable.
