When preparing your presentation, please make sure to use the provided template.
Each presentation is scheduled for 15 minutes, which includes 12 minutes for the oral presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. Presenters are kindly requested to adhere closely to this time limit to ensure the conference program remains on schedule.
We kindly ask the authors to confirm who will present the paper. Please send an email to office@asesconference.com and provide the full name with the paper title. If the corresponding author will present the paper, no confirmation is required.
We remind the authors that only papers covered by a registration fee will be published in the Congress Proceedings. In addition, each author presenting a paper at the Congress must have a valid individual registration.
