Projekat Novog savskog mosta započet je 2020. godine kao Design-Build ugovor između Republike Srbije i kineske kompanije PowerChina International, za izgradnju novog, modernog mosta većeg kapaciteta na istom mestu gde je bio Stari savski most. Završne faze projekta mosta su urađene od strane konzorcijuma sastavljenog od kompanija: Millennium team, Mostogradnja Ing, Fakultet Tehničkih Nauka iz Novog Sada i IO Design Enterprise. Tehnička kontrola i konsalting u Projektu za Izvođenje je urađen od strane Građevinskog fakulteta u Beogradu. Izvođenje čelične konstrukcije mosta je povereno kineskoj kompaniji CSCEC. Ovaj rad se fokusira na fazu izvođenja radova, dajući pregled primenjenih metoda izgradnje kako glavnog, tako i bočnih raspona mosta i povezanih projektantskih aktivnosti.
